	I regret to report that do to an extremely full calendar these
past two weeks (my new car broke down, problems at home and deadlines at
work), I will not be handing in assignment #1 on time.  I am sure that you
appreciate the pressure I have been under and will accept my assignment at 
a later date.  I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and if there
is a problem, please leave a message on my answering machine.
